At Ignite 2016, we showed you how we operate Exchange Online. Now we're going one step further, to show you how Exchange Online works. We'll discuss how we use telemetry, signal analysis, and service intelligence to identify, diagnose, and resolve issues in network and other systems. We'll walk through the preview solution for Exchange Online Multi-Geo, a solution for a single Office 365 tenant with mailboxes in multiple Microsoft data center regions. We'll also provide a glimpse into how we leverage machine learning to inform algorithms that provide user-facing intelligence such as Focused Inbox.
